The following amenities are included with all units: Electric stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and color T.V. with cable.

We welcome up to 6 guests and do not allow pets or smoking.  Children are welcome.  These units are situated on nearly two acres in a very quiet location.   It's just a short walk to the beach, and eight miles to historic Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Rye Beach & surrounding areas offer many family oriented Activities: Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Restaurants, Fishing, Surfing, etc.  Kittery, Maine is just ten miles away, and offers many factory outlet stores.  There are many fine restaurants and great golf courses in the area.  Beautiful Rye Harbor offers deep-sea fishing, whale-watching, and excursions to the Isles of Shoales off the coast of Rye.
